At Ilma cakes & co., we believe food has a unique way of bringing people together. It creates conversation, celebrates milestones, comforts us during difficult times and becomes part of memories that last long after the last slice has been enjoyed.

Our business was founded with that simple belief.

Named in honour of my grandmother, Ilma, this business is a tribute to the warmth, generosity and care she shared with everyone around her. She taught me that food isn't simply something we eat, it's one of the ways we show love, create moments, mark memories and bring people together.

That philosophy continues to guide everything we do today.

Every cake, pastry, cookie, coffee, sandwich and savoury item is handcrafted in our Warrnambool kitchen using quality ingredients, lost techniques and genuine attention to detail. Whether we're creating an elegant wedding cake, a playful birthday design, lunch on your break or baking fresh pastries for our café each morning, our goal remains the same: to create food that people remember.
